High priced,name brand hotel with poor service.
It started with check in. Staff are in a hurry and no mood to answer questions. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. We complained and they did nothing. Cleaning of the room is not done properly. In summary, it’s a name brand hotel with poor service and bad rooms. Don’t stay here.

This property was a very great stay for my wife and I. It was in a very lovey area of town, quiet and very adjacent to the tram(2 blocks behind the hotel). The breakfast was a super highlight, any and everything was available and was superior to any other hotel breakfast. The property is gorgeous, I'm very picky about where I stay and the bar has been raised. Thank you Hilton.

Service at restaurants was really slow! Ac in room didn’t work great…. Not cool at all. I asked them to look at it & I don’t think they ever came. Had to pay to park in parking lot!
