Attention arnaque sur hotel.com
Super séjour, sauf qu'en arrivant le responsable de l’établissement nous a informé qu'il n'a aucune réservation à notre nom. En fait, l'annonce qui parait sur hotel.com est l'annonce de l'ancien propriétaire, une personne qui est poursuivie par la justice marocaine pour escroquerie. Heureusement que nous n'avions pas payé à l'avance. Hotel.com n'a pas le droit de retirer une annonce de leur site, même si elle est frauduleuse (hallucinant). Je tenais à remercier MARY et CALO, propriétaires actuels, qui nous ont trouvé un solution pour ne pas laisser deux familles (4 adultes et 5 enfants) sans hébergement pendant les vacances. Je conseille aux personnes qui souhaitent réserver dans cette maison d’hôte, de le faire directement avec le proprietaire soit de passer par une autre plateforme. Concernant, l'ecrin de mogador, je vous conseille vivant de vous y rendre, car c'est un véritable petit paradis, et le personnel et les gérants sont au petits soins.
