The Space:
With our Tesla Universal Charger, you can conveniently charge any of your EVs *starting from February 1, 2024.

Our family-friendly home offers keyless self-check-in, elegant finishes, a music and media room, recreation space, and a wet bar in the basement. Fully secured, our 5000 sqft house features four bedrooms and six baths, ensuring ample space for everyone. Please note that parties are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted to check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the property. Any gatherings must be reviewed and approved in advance, and additional charges may apply.

Located in Overland Park, our luxury place is within walking distance to Deanna Rose Farmstead and a giant soccer field, making it suitable for guests of all ages. We are also just 30 minutes away from popular Kansas City attractions such as the Plaza, the Kansas City Zoo, the Sprint Center, Union Station, and various history and art museums/galleries. Family Wedding
We booked this property to celebrate my niece's wedding. We had family traveling from 3 states so it was such a treat to have everyone under one roof for a few days! The property was perfect for a big group, clean and easy instructions for access. We had a miscommunication with the property manager, but it was promptly resolved. It is reassuring to know they will make sure everything is to your satisfaction! 5 stars for customer service! They even checked in the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property and Kishore. We are grateful for the use of the property and will stay again in the future. Thank you!

Great location and house
I had rented this house for a family get together with my siblings and parents. There were 14 of us and the house was beautiful and spacious. We had some minor issues with some items being broken or not working and the house wasn't as clean as I'd like, but nothing that would ruin our stay. When I communicated the issues to the owner he said that he would send over cleaners again if I would like (at that point it wasn't worth it) and he also stated that he would fix any of the broken furniture/items. The carpets were pretty stained but that is expected in a rental. Communication with the owner was great. He contacted a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even sent us over some cakes to make up for the issues we had. All in all, my family had a great stay. I can't say enough about the location. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and almost anything you would need was only a short 10 minutes away. The pool wasn't ever overly busy and just a short car ride away. The children loved the movie room in the basement and would have stayed there all day everyday if we let them.

Great location & Beautiful home
Our stay was in amazing. We were in town for my sisters wedding and it was perfect to house all of us. We did have a slight problem with heat the first night but the landlord was very responsive and did everything he could to get it fixed as quick as possible. Home could use some better lighting in bathrooms, and some of the switches were tough but those were minor things. Thanks again!

Great location/neighborhood, good house but needs some TLC
The house worked very well for our extended family of eight. But I had hoped for and expected better. Too many little issues which needed to be addressed (and should be based upon the listing description and nightly cost). I will provide the owner/manager a detailed list in the hope the items will be addressed and future guests won't be mildly disappointed.

Good place to stay for big groups.
We had a great stay while visiting Kansas City. The movie theater screen was a hit for the kids however, lots of glass tables and nice decorations that were hard to keep our two year old away from. We had three young children so ended up setting up a plastic table and chairs we saw in the garage and the little dined at that spot. It is a smart house which took us a bit to figure out. Light switches were a little finicky. These are the very small things that made it not the perfect stay. However, it was near perfect. Great communication with the host and the pool was a great added bonus. It’s very well kept with a nice park and basketball court. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill was a huge perk.

Amazing family reunion location
We were so blessed to have your beautiful home as the gathering place for our family reunion. People came from 5 states, ages 4 months to 85 years. The spaces were perfect for chatting on the patio, the living room, family room or around the tables. We loved the bedroom and bathroom setups- so convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the bedrooms. Quality linens for beds and baths. Well stocked kitchen! Thanks for providing paper towels, foil, and we appreciated having containers for leftovers. This was the best stocked kitchen of all the homes I've stayed in (and we've stayed in 15+ home rentals across the country). Communication was great. We didn't have a need, but I did reach out about the trash not being picked up from the guests before us - I got an immediate response. When our family from KC came from their homes, we had 20 people in the house - there was plenty of room for everyone to visit and play games. Memories were made and will be treasured - thanks for sharing your home with us!

This property has beautiful landscaping and is decorated very nicely. We had ample room to sleep 11 adults and 2 children and they have so many of the daily necessities on site……spices, cooking oils, linen, towels, shower gels, soaps, coffee, sugars…..you name it, it’s already there. We’ll thought out to say the least. Took us a minute to learn to use the automated lighting buttons but we caught on quickly. We definitely recommend this home in this beautiful and quiet setting!

What a lovely home! It's very clean and there is lots of room to spread out. It is well stocked with toiletries and laundry supplies. Kitchen is stocked with spices, coffee pods, and pancake mix (my husband went on a pancake eating spree while we were there). The management was very helpful and accommodating. They were easy to get ahold of and responded to our questions. It is a smart house. The light switches were fine, once you got the hang of it. But they do light up automatically when you walk into some rooms. This can be a bit much in the middle of the night when you need to use the restroom. Also, most of the televisions are voice command only (if there was a remote for the main floor, we couldn't find one). Also, the thermostat kept adjusting itself to 78 degrees. There are a lot of bedrooms and they are all very nice. The beds are FIRM. I believe they have memory foam mattresses? The pillows are all memory foam. The bedrooms have closets filled with extra blankets, pillows, etc. The master has a TV in the sitting room with a hard loveseat that is uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have either a more comfortable place to sit or move the TV so that you can lay in bed and watch (as a suggestion). The kitchen is large and well thought out. It is stocked full of pots and pans and cooking utensils. We would like to suggest that the owner purchase a full-sized blender for folks to use for smoothies, protein shakes, etc. But it has everything else you could ever need. The home is really nice and we had a wonderful stay. If you have a big family, this is perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had family members from teen to 70s with a need for a lot of beds and a cozy atmosphere. The location was close to all of the amenities Overland Park and Kansas City have to offer. The process was easy, the property manager responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Perfect stay for our daughters fall wedding!
We had reserved a different home nearby, but they canceled on us a couple of months before the wedding date. Panicked, we were so relieved to find this spacious home in a beautiful neighborhood that ended up serving our guests better than we’d hoped. The fall foliage was spectacular during our stay; beautiful tree-lined streets located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We hosted a family dinner and the rehearsal dinner in the home, both serving between 60-80 guests. The kitchenette in the downstairs bar was extremely helpful for food storage and prep. In addition to preparing those two large dinners, we also prepared the wedding cake, desserts, and sides. The kitchen was INCREDIBLY well-stocked, and spacious enough to host 8-10 cooks simultaneously. We did have the same issues with the ceiling fans and lights that other reviewers noted, and just using the switches did not work for us, either, as other guests shared. It appeared that a previous guest had broken the hinge on the Traeger grill, which was disappointing as we had planned on a backyard family bbq. But the comfort and location of the home and accommodating nature of our host was second-to-nonE. One of our guests left a family heirloom wine glass at the home. The host graciously searched for it and allowed us to return to the house to pick it up weeks after our stay. Highly recommend!
