Our entire stay from check--in, to room size cleanliness, amenities, closeness, room service, housekeeping, dining, location, surrounding views to check-out was smooth and better than expected. Hot tub has a ladder built into the wall no steps so when the air bubbler is on you assume there are steps and take a nose dive into the hot tub which is quite deep. Maybe a sign!? Otherwise it was nice and hot.
