Overpriced and Poor communication
It was not clear on the listing that this is the second floor property. Also, I had tried to communicate with the property manager twice on Vrbo and then once left a voicemail and got zero response about an early check-in. I know it was a very busy weekend with the UGA game but this place was way overpriced compared to what some of my other friends paid for with bigger properties. We paid over $3000 a night and the property was outdated And small. That being said the location is absolutely amazing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is our 4th time to stay in Oxford, MS in 8 months. We have four more trips planned this year. The location is ideal if you want to be near the square which we did. Check In had a few hiccups but we worked thru them with Vista. We would stay again in this townhome/condo. Thank you. Mark
