Nasty tub
Told the clerk at the desk there was a giant stain on the tub and could he check to see if there was another room available, he said he wasn't sure about another stain but would check and I responded we didn't need his sarcasm and walked away. The bed also squeaked, will never stay there again, to pricey for what we got.

I was very impressed with my room and the hotel. Very beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was a sweet note from housekeeping welcoming me to the hotel and the TV and a light were on. The bed was very comfy, I loved having the Dove products in the room. AND the breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy are my favorite. I will be making this hotel MY place to stay when I return home.

My TV didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk I changed rooms. About an hour later someone attempted entry to my room as front desk had not updated my transfer in their system. Front desk employee was kind but I believe overwhelmed with guests. Where was the manager???
