I am a single father with partial custody of my young daughter, please respect our home. There are security cameras around the outside of the home, NONE INSIDE. 2 hot water heaters (one controls only the master bath). Washer/Dryer included w/ Laundry soap. 1 main fridge (1 Personal private fridge), stove, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & can opener included. The additional living room offers a couch or blow-up mattress. House space could accommodate additional blow-up style mattresses possibly 3-4 more depending on size. Enjoy all that Oxford has to offer being 2.5 miles from Ole Miss's Vault Hemingway Stadium and 2.7 miles to the Courthouse on the Square. Fenced in backyard with propane firepit table on back porch. Front yard hides the spacious backyard. Backyard also includes 15' Trampoline (soon to be equipped with safety net), 350 Lb rated octagon shaped swing and baby swing combo. Backyard also features a 10' x 10' kennel with a Tarped roof for MS hot summers or winter protection. There is basically 2 master bedrooms as one was an additional renovation. Both "master" bedrooms have bathrooms attached with personal private closet's that will remain locked during stay. There are closets in the other 2 bedroom's and living room for hang up space. Notebook highlights how to access SPEEDY WIFI which also accommodates comfortably 5-8 people regularly. Multiple Smart TV's and/or firestick combos are spread out throughout living room and bedrooms. Hulu w/ HBO, Apple, Prime, Netflix, HBO Max, Espn, Paramount+ w/ Showtime, & Peacock all available throughout house. Some include a direct tv linked account and limited access on certain networks. Laminated Easy to read Instructions for Bidet, heated seat normally remains on lowest setting to combat the chilled first squat on the throne of thrones (Winter is COMING, Jon Snow!!) Living room includes an electric heated Amish style "fireplace", PlayStation 4, tons of DVD(s)/Blu-ray DVDs, & books. 1 Sofa w/ middle pull down armrest/electric 2 outlet plugs/2 USB charging ports/and light for reading books/cupholders, side storage lifting armrests and cup holders on end of storage compartment on left and right ends of couch. 1 Rocking Loveseat w/ middle storage compartment + 2 USB charging ports & similar storage/cupholders on left and right ends. 1 recliner w/ storage/cupholder compartments on left and right ends. 1 Leather Recliner. Access to house will be through a keypad entry through carport (available to unlock over phone in case of emergency through homeowner. Spare sheets will be available in dressers throughout house. Towels, bath cloths, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, and body wash will be provided. Outdoor charcoal grill on back porch with a temperature gage in lid and meat thermometer available for use inside the house.
