Wonderful property right in the middle of Oxford. Comfortable, clean and good vibe in the lobby area. Room was equipped with an espresso maker and small fridge. The only downside, if there is one, is that rooms are on the small side relative to North American standards. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Oxford.

Very small suite
Quite disappointed at the size of the suite. However, I must say the service was amazing. The rooms are very clean and beds so comfortable but very very small space unfortunately.

Very good hotel for Oxford, its small but very nice, however the Reception staff were unwelcoming and a bit rude if I'm honest which i thought was very unusual for a 5 star hotel

When I went to check out they said I had a 90 pound charge on my bill for dinner?? had not had any dinner. I was out all evening from 5:30PM to 10:00PM. Very disappointing service and security from a premium hotel.

The location was perfect for getting around. Very handy to have the tube station at the back door. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would rate the hotel 3.5 or 4.0 on a scale of 5.0. Our particular room (King) was not as large as expected and the bathroom was very small. It is not a luxury property.

Modern, stylish hotel in the heart of Oxford. Very close to Oxford U and perfectly placed for exploring, shopping, dining, etc. Onsite hotel dining options were good; array of menu options and above average food quality. Overall, service at the hotel was great from front-desk, restaurant, to room-service. My one disappointment was cleaning staff - they did a great job of keeping the hotel spotless however, this was accompanied by very loud and continuous early morning hallway chatter, which ultimately disrupted a peaceful sleep. Otherwise, stay was good.

Wonderful stay in Oxford
Beautiful new hotel. Decor is gorgeous. Perfectly located in the centre of town but the bedrooms were still very quiet. Service is exceptional- all the staff were brilliant. Spa was also lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

very disappointed with size of room. absolutely the smallest window i have ever seen. It was functional enough but for the price was expecting and have always gotten much more. Messed up my laundry order which was not sent to cleaners until the next day. Girl at front desk was extremely helpful in getting a rush on order in that i needed it done the day after i submitted
