Lovely stay at Voco Spires. Staff were excellent, room was lovely and convenient location to walk, bus or take a taxi into Oxford. Relaxing and would stay again.

Overall ok
The staff was friendly. They were generous with the snacks over the holidays. Amazing Christmas dinner. Our room was so far from the lift, and there’s only one lift that goes to that unit. But this was not a big deal. Our only complaint was the extra beds for our children were very uncomfortable. We had the suite and the beds were rolled in. One was broken so my daughter slept on the couch which she said was better than the mattress on the bed anyway. Overall an ok stay.

You must stay here.
This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus. Thanks for a lovely special birthday treat.

Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, from receptionists to cleaners. We use this hotel as a base for visiting granddaughter at the University, it is convenient for that, for shopping in the Westgate Centre and for some beautiful walks along the river.
