Our Cozy 3 bedroom home is located within a few mins of the freeway and from The Collection at RiverPark, this mall is an outdoor lifestyle center located east of the 101 Freeway; it has a lot of fancy restaurants and stores. We have the port Hueneme a few miles away, the Ventura pier is about 15 mins away and the iconic Malibu beaches are about 28 mins driving through the beautiful sceneries of the pacific coast highway.
