My flight was cancelled due to a tornado. I tried to call and canceled my reservation, but the manager wasn’t there and he was the only person able to cancel the reservation. I called, Travelocity called, and my insurance company tried to called, no response from the manager. The receptionist couldn’t even tell me when the manager would be back or when he would call back. No response from the manager no refund I would never use this hotel! I think it was very irresponsible of the manager to never call back.

Property was nice and convenient to down town. Lay out for 2 bedroom was inconvenient. 1 bed was in Livingroom with no place to undress had to use bathroom. Have stayed in other homewood suites and bedrooms are separated.
