We arrived to our room and it was perfect, however water started dripping in the bathroom and a puddle was created. Luckily they gave us a new room, but the room was not very clean, the bed was sinking and sheets were dirty, we are very dissatisfied with our stay.

Greta value! Great location! Property was clean and our room the perfect size for my family of 6. Recommend this hotel if you are staying for a night, possibly 2 to visit historic St. Augustine.

They force valet parking but charge $25 a day. It was extremely frustrating to drive past parking spots to the valet stand and then be forced to pay for it.

We were very happy with our stay, the room was spacious, great mattresses and linens, kitchen was great, large fridge, utensils, etc. They had a great breakfast buffet, eggs, meats, breads, fruit, etc...even had healthy options like overnight oats and chia pudding, something for our whole family. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Great gym as well. They had a very nice reception on Wednesday night with great snacks, beer and wine. We were pleasantly surprised. Valet parking very reasonable @ $25 per night. That is the ONLY parking, some people were upset b/c they said they did not know that, but it clearly lists it on the website. That being said, many other places charge that and more for self parking, so to me that was a good deal. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back! WE had a great time! Thank you to all of the staff who kept us comfortable!

Love this Hotel!
We stay here everytime we travel to St Augustine. I love the fresh lime water they keep for guest to have anytime. Large salt water pool. Clean rooms, extra bedding and pillows kept in the room and helpful friendly staff.
