terrible service
i booked a king size bed by mistake and paid for the room in advance, then booked a double bed to replace the king size bedroom but hotel would not honor the cancelation of the king size bedroom even though i booked a double bedroom instead. hotel made me pay for both rooms, do not pay for any hotel in advance, the cancelation policy is different than when you pay at the hotel.

This hotel does not follow the Holiday Inn franchise. Coffee in the lobby and at breakfast is way different that everywhere you find when you stay in any Holiday Inn Express. It seems that the franchise did not enforce to keep the standardization of the hotel.
