Walking distance to beautiful town
From check in to checkout, this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Service top notch. Clean hotel and great wi-fi included. Super-friendly staff and they are bi-lingual. Highly recommend !!!

No aceptan tarjetas, tuve que pagar todo al llegar y luego dicen que no dan ningún comprobante ni recibo. Luego la chapa de la puerta del cuarto asignado no funcionó, me cambian a otro cuarto pero con deficiencia de presión de agua en la regadera (que luego fue arreglada) y focos fundidos. Anuncian que hay restaurante, no existe.

En general el personal es muy amable pero les falta mayor capacitación resta mucho que no tengan restaurante propio o cuando menos una alternativa de servicio a la habitación es muy incómodo estar sujeto a los horarios del restaurante más cercano y también sería bueno que consideraran un servicio de spa y masajes que haría la experiencia de huéspedes mucho más cómoda y de descanso

Es uno de los pocos lugares de hospedaje en Huasca, es decir, no hay mucho de donde elegir. En un lugar tranquilo, sin embargo, el costo es excesivo para lo que ofrece, las camas y almohadas muy incomodas. El costo es de un hotel resort de 4 estrellas y ofrece calidad de una estrella, no hay correspondencia.

El hotel es muy cómodo, y la limpieza es excelente. Además el poder llegar con mi perrito y ser recibidos fue un gran punto a favor. Como sugerencia para mejorar, es estar más al pendiente del servicio de café por la noche, pues nos comentaron que a las 8:30 pm podíamos acceder a el y un día el agua estaba fría (la cafetera estaba desconectada y no podíamos conectarla a algún enchufe) no había café, ni nada para poder prepararlo, así que tuvimos que salir a buscar el Oxxo más cercano. De ahí en fuera todo fue muy grato, el servicio, la atención y las habitaciones hacen de tu estancia un momento agradable.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Huasca, tienen servicio de recepción las 24 hrs. Todo el personal super amable, sobre todo el chavo de la noche. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente... ¡Gracias!

El hotel esta bien por el precio, seria bueno ofrecieran el servicio de desayuno incluido y mejorar la limpieza en la estanteria y muebles. El personal de recepción es amable y con actitud de servicio , en su area de cafe falta mejorar la limpieza y seria bueno tuvieran una maquina de galletas o snaks.
