Hotel rincón del real
Excelente lugar para estar, cerca del sitio de taxis de combis y del corredor turístico ppal caminando íbamos y regresamos. La limpieza cumplió con las expectativas y cuenta con tv con control remoto, cobija adicional para el frío y el baño con agua caliente. Para los q llegan en auto hay donde estacionar. Todo muy bien nuestra experiencia

En la cabaña que nos asigmaron no hay telefono si requieres algo de la recepcion, los contactos para carga ya son muy viejos y se caen los cargadores. El baño no tiene salida de ventilacion y solo dejaron un rollo de papel a la mitad. Mala seal para ver la tv, casi no hay señal y el cable no funciona.

Pésima atención
Nosotros reservamos con días de anticipación, se nos realizó el cargo del pago y nos llegó la confirmación por correo electrónico, sin embargo, al llegar al hotel nos recibió un señor arrogante y grosero que parecía ser el encargado y nos dijo que ya no tenía habitaciones disponibles y que ellos no podían hacer nada y que teníamos que tratar el asunto con la página web donde hicimos la reservación que fue hoteles.com El personal de hoteles.com, intentó comunicarse con el hotel tres veces y nosotros escuchamos que sonó 3 veces el teléfono del hotel, el encargado rechazó la llamada dos veces y la tercera fingió que no escuchaba nada. Al final la aplicación hará el reembolso total pero el trato del personal del hotel fue deplorable y nada respetuoso, siendo que nosotros no tuvimos la culpa del fallo en su sistema de reservas.
