Room had a slight odor when we first arrived. Like clothes left in the laundry too long but dissipated. The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Slept really well Staff friendly. Walls thin. Can hear neighbors talking, stomping above you at times and their music and TVs. Cant fault the motel for what its guest do. Bring earplugs.

If I recall I selected a Queen bed. I received a full size bed for 2 adults. Rooms were about as tiny as it gets. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the bedroom. The room was clean and pretty much had all the bare essentials.

On our second day, we wanted to add an extra day in the same room. Sounds easy. We had to go online and reserve a new room for 1 night and it was way more expensive than any of the nights we were there. Of course, we did not get the same room, so we had to check out and check back in. The clerks had no say in giving discounts for issues like this. Poor customer service.

When we went to check in at 3PM we were told the room was not ready to please come back at 4:30. We did that. When coming back told room not touched. Came back at 5:30, got a similar room that had been cleaned. No compensation offered for the delay.

Maybe there is a reason it’s not Best Western?
If you are looking for a low budget stay this is the one for you. Tiny space to exist in even for 2 people. Bed was hard as a rock. No space to store items. The air conditioner smelled moldy and left our clothes smelling musty. There is house keeping if you request it but they apparently only change out the towel and empty the trash. They never made the bed and we stayed 5 nights. Parking is atrocious. They don’t care if people park in handicapped parking without a hang tag and they lied to us about calling a tow company. Skip breakfast unless you can live on waffles and bad coffee. Starbucks is down the street.

Tiny price, Feels expensive!
It’s like an expensive Hotel at a tiny price! It’s PB inland a bit. Convenient location tho. Decent coffee and breakfast 6:30 am on 2nd fl above office. 👍👍 You won’t regret it. It’s a find!
