The Pacific Paradise is a popular rental home located in the sought after Dory Pointe subdivision and only 2 blocks to the beach. There are large over stuffed comfortable sofas in the living room and an open floor plan that allows for family and friends to gather and share new and old memories or watch the game on TV. There is a gas fireplace to stay cozy and warm. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and ready for delicious meals to be prepared. The Pacific Paradise is a 4 bedroom house with 1 king size bed and 3 queen size beds. Outdoors there is a deck with a picnic table, propane BBQ. Brand new hot tub on the deck. There is BLM land on east side of house where you will feel like you are in the trees. You will find a walking trail in the BLM Land. The same families return year after year. This beautiful home will easily become a favorite destination for your getaway and your pet companion is also welcome.

The immediate neighborhood is just a short walk away to several restaurants. There is so much to explore along Pacific City's unspoiled coastline including beach combing, whale watching, horseback riding, surf rentals or just sit relaxing next to the pounding surf. Bring your kayak to launch into the Nestucca River or rent one locally.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

Birthday beach getaway
The house is very nice in a nice subdivision close to the brewery and beach. We were able to access the walking bath behind the home as well as walking to the beach to watch the sunsets during our stay. There is a nice hot tub onsite as well as a fire pit. With four bedrooms and two and a half baths there was plenty of room for our family. We did not utilize the game room because it was a bit chilly in the garage but in the summer months it would be a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend if you want a nice relaxing weekend away.

Clean, well equipped home. Laid out pretty well, with extra space in the garage. Bed situation definitely fit more for couples, older kids etc as it was all queens and a king. Dining area was a little bit of a pinch tucked into a corner with bistro chairs. But overall the house was well kept, organized, easy to find everything.

We had a wonderful stay. Prefer more privacy for the hot tub. Dog friendly But works have preferred fenced in area for them. The walking path directly behind the house makes it hard with everyone walking their pets. Also makes it not so private to enjoy the deck etc., we made it work and still has a wonderful trip

This home is in a wonderful location. It is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. The only things I would say that need improved are the dining room areas a little tight the slider was hard to open and the couch smelled a little bit like dogs.

Excellent home for families
This is a great place for families! The garage “game room” kept the kids entertained and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. Hot tub was new and in great condition. We have stayed in a lot of homes in PC and this is definitely one of our favorites.

Could not have been any more perfect!
This home and entire property surpassed our expectations. It was the perfect fit for our family and our 2 dogs. Trails literally out the back door, walking distance to town and the beach, and plenty of parking spaces. The house was immaculate and we were pleasantly surprised by the garage turned into a basketball/foosball/tv room hangout space. If we return to Pacific City we will most definitely be staying here again.

Good stay near beach
Fine large house two blocks from the beach. Clean and modern. Great hot tub, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Overall a good choice, especially for adults as there are 4 rooms with 4 queen/king beds- no bunks. Great communication with manager, easy instructions. Minuses are the sliding back door, which sticks and requires strength and two hands (and even a knee) to open. Needs a fix badly. Sofas are beautiful but the kind you sink deeply into- not great for the back or getting out of easily. They need more supportive springs. The dining table is in a nook and only seats 6 people, very tightly. We had 4 adults and it was tight- the kind of table that the person seated inside has to get others to move so they can get out. An 8-person table in the main living area would be more appropriate- fewer couches/ottoman would make this work. Overall a fine stay but these easy fixes would make it a 5 star for our group, rather than 4. Thank you.

Location so private
This place is as advertised. Very private backing up to the forest. We loved it here. The garage game room is a clever idea. The kids were out there a lot. I highly recommend this place for families with kids.

Overall the house was great. Trail behind the house gave easy access to friends staying at the RV park. Kids loved the garage space but it took some serious tech skills to figure out the DVD player/game system. Beds were high off the ground but comfy. Hit tub was a hit but somewhat creepy to be surprised by trail passerby. Make sure to bring your own coffee but there’s a pot and keurig. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances/pots/pans. Only wish would be for a tea kettle. BBQ worked well but was gross and needed a clean first.

Over performance at the Oregon Coast
We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!

This is the first home rental I’ve been to in YEARS with great beds. We all slept so well! The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we cooked the entire time. There was plenty to do between the hot tub, movies, and game room. Plus, the location was amazing with a super short walk to Pelican Brewery, a marketplace, coffee shop, and the main beach.
