We had to switch rooms because the hot tub did not power on in the room. The second room the hot water didn't work in the hot tub or the shower. The staff was very friendly but the hotel definitely needs tve remodeling that is being done. Only one room was fully furnished and it wasn't the cleanest. Parking was a bit of inconvenient because the third level door was being worked on so if we parked near our room we still had to walk down the hill and then back up the stairs instead of walking directly to our room. It wasn't a bad experience, but I don't think I'd stay again.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures online we were almost injured by a light fixture that came crashing down from the ceiling as we slept so w had to check out early in the morning became glass was all over our bed and on the floor

The property is under renovation. The room they put us in was right next to where they were working and we were not even able to access the main exit to where our car was parked. They began hammering and loud noise early. It seemed the hotel was not very full they could have easily put us in another room not right in the construction. Everything was disheveld and when we commented on the situation they seemed to not be of concern with it. It is also very limited acess to anywhere walkable and I would not choose to stay again

I read a lot of reviews and was dreading the possibilities, but I was so happy wihen i got there. Mind you the construction work is loud at times but what do you expect w/remodeling. Im sure the end results will be worth it. My room was nice, the view was great and the staff was very helpful. I do wish there was a table and chairs on the deck so i could eat outside, but besides that my mini vacation was great. Thank you.

Disappointing stay.
our stay was not the best with all the construction going on. It would've been nice to have been informed instead of being caught off guard and no warning of all the workers on the grounds. when I booked the room for a peaceful one night getaway w/my girlfriend and came across the place and seen the pictures I was sold. I booked a room with an ocean view because Both of us love the costal area and living 2 hours away in the Central Valley and not able to get out that way to soak it up very often we were excited. When getting to the place we instantly notice all the work going on. The front deck told us we would have to take a certain route to avoid construction to get to our room. We were ok with that. But then what happened next is where our stay took a turn. Entering our room after a long drive ready to enjoy our relaxing stay we unpacked and laid down on the bed for maybe a short nap or just some peace and quiet with no kids running around was instantly interrupted by the banging of a hammer. But we understood they were working so let it go. Decided let's make a cocktail and thought let's go lounge on our patio area and enjoy our view and listen to the waves and enjoy our drink. But as we sliding our curtain open to the sliding glass door we were given a scare but construction works right outside our door. Not allowing us to be able to sit and enjoy the area we paid as part of the rooms perks. Having to close the curtain cause they kept looking into the room as the worked

The room number I was given was 1302 (or some such...). It was unclear which floor it was on, and with the construction going on went up and down on the elevator and stairs before I found it, on the third floor, behind a door marked "Stairs." It would have been nice for someone to inform me that the "3" was the floor number, instead of the "1" being the floor number live most hotels all over the world. And "stairs?" Why not "Rooms 1301-1309" instead?
