We like aesthetic looks of the premises; our room had a hot tub and a beautiful view of the ocean, the location was just off the highway and a nice restaurant on property. Covered pool with a beautiful ocean view. What we didn't like was the steep driveway to enter the property

Nice view from balcony. Bedding was lacking covering, there was a top sheet a thin blanket then another top sheet no comforter or quilt for top cover. Springs in bed are worn out, no cushion. There were 2 pillowcases just laying on side chair, not sure if they were clean!

The property is in disrepair, the rooms are old and tired with broken baseboards, windows that don’t open properly, paint peeling, tile chipped, etc. very small shower. The staff was friendly but I had to go to the front desk just to get ice which they gave me in a plastic bag. No bucket is provided.

Across the street from the ocean, cool spa tub in room. Check in staff was not warm and friendly. Parts of the hotel seem run down. Parts of the carpet in our room were frayed, small holes in the curtains. Limited parking. With that in mind, I’d still probably stay here again.

Good stay. No HD cable channels. Beds a bit firm for my taste. And as everyone also mentioned there is/was construction going on. The front staff could have been more friendly. Overall, worth the stay for a little more than inside SF.

Great views from super large shared balcony and large room but the place needs updating very badly. Bathroom had an access for the jacuzzi tub that was half open from the bathroom. Tub was in bedroom. Guess they are famous for their jacuzzi tubs.

When we checked in we were given rm 1003 & the window locks were broken be held in place by paper towels. The rm smelled og mold & weed. The back door was left open with a lit weed blunt left onto the out A/C unit. Were we then changed to rm 211 which was nive however the A/C unit didnt work. The next day we were given a different room, rm #208 ABSOLUTELY an AMAZING view of the ocean. However there was blood splattered onto the ceiling, the bed sheets had blood on them, whcih we had them changed Immediately. The hospitality was AMAZING, they were friendly & willing to work with us to find us a different room. Other then the multiple room changes, we had a nice stay. The ONLY reason if we decide To come back, would be to stay in a Full ocean view room. Also, parking for a larger vehicle like a Suburban or a normal size truck can have its challenges.

This hotel has plenty of charm with spacious rooms and scenic views. It's a bit run down, and has some noise from Highway 1, but it more than makes up for those facts with its amenities and location. I would happily stay here again.
