This is not worth the price! If it wasn't for Sandra (who is amazing!!!) This would of been a 0 :( rating. The price does not equal the value nor condition of the place! There was mold in our bathroom, the floor felt as if you would fall through. The breakfast was a minimal European breakfast. Had it not been for Sandra being so kind and helpful we would of found somewhere else to stay!

Great place for an authentic experience
If you're looking for a luxury, full service hotel than this is not for you. If you want to experience "real" rural Denmark and prefer a nice, quiet, off the beaten path place then you'll like this place. Quiet, friendly, great food, gives a real feel for Danish countryside.

Overnatning på Frøslev Kro.
Vi benyttede Frøslev Kro til en hurtig overnatning på rejse mod syd. Opholdet fungerede fint, og sengene var OK. Selve Kroen en noget slidt, og profilbilledet på Hotels.com er decideret misvisende. Der er ikke antydning af vand nær kroen - den ligger snarere midt i et kæmpe logistikcenter-område. Men hvis man (som vi) bare skal sove, er det ganske fint.

26.Juli hatten wir 2 Zimmer für 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, extra mit einem Haustier, gebucht. Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Leider war aber unser Hund nicht im Restaurant erwünscht. So musste einer von uns auf das Essen verzichten, da wir den Hund nicht alleine auf dem Zimmer lassen wollten. Bedienung sehr freundlich!! Dann große Entäuschung,da die Speisekarte nur auf ein Menu beschränkt war. Wahlweise Vorspeise/ Hauptgang / Nachspeise oder kombiniert! Das Ganze zu total überteuertem Preis für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (jeweils 1 Gericht. 5 Getränke) sage und schreibe 172 €! Wir haben in den sauren Apfel beissen müssen, da wir nicht noch ein anderes Restaurant suchen wollten ! Hotel würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, weil wir uns über so über die Restaurantrechnung geärgert haben!

Det var slidt og gammelt. Der lugtede indelukket. Manden i receptionen viste os i forkert retning da vi ankom. Jeg knækkede en tand på et rundstykke i morgenmadsbuffeten.

Hold jer langt væk, det er slidt og ulækkert.
Vi ankom lørdag eftermiddag og fik værelse nr. 2. Det var gammelt, men så ellers umiddelbart fint ud, bortset fra at der manglede knager til håndklæder på badeværelset. Vinduet på værelset stod åbent da vi kom. Da det var lidt køligt lukkede vi det, og så kørte vi en tur. Da vi kom tilbage var der en forfærdelig indelukket lugt af gammelt støv, røg og luftfrisker. Jeg gik ned i receptionen og klagede min nød, de virkede overtaskede 🙄 men var meget imødekommende og undskyldende. Alt var optaget, men hvis vi kunne overleve natten over, blev vi lovet et andet værelse dagen efter, eftersom vi skulle have to overnatninger. Søndag eftermiddag får vi så værelse nr. 6 med egen terrasse, altså en "opgradering". Værelset var næsten til en udgave af "Nul stjerner". Det var så ringe. Lettere indelukket lugt, men meget trist, træt og slidt. Jeg kan desværre ikke komme til at vedhæfte billeder da det ikke virker. Lige over vandhanen ved køkkenvasken sad en stikkontakt hvor man næsten ikke kunne sætte stik i. Lågen til fryseren i køleskabet var lappet med sort gaffatape, store pletter på gulvtæppet ved køkkenvasken, gardiner gået op i syninger så de hang. To stole hvor der var store plamager, den ene tilmed vakkelvorn. Laminat på køkkenskabene bulede. Orkede ikke at gøre noget ved det. Værelset var endda en opgradering i og med at der var egen terrasse.
