We were impressed with the Family suite. It was spacious and nice ocean view. Would need some renovation but wasn't too bad. Staff was good. Very easy access to beach. Parking is additional $10/day plus tax. Which was something unexpected. Overall good experience.

Lobby is weird. No restaurant or breakfast room, they didn’t even put out coffee in the morning. Good view of the ocean, but the windows were so filthy you can’t enjoy it. Nice pool, but no pool towels. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered.

Good location, needs better management
This hotel has a lot of potential. It has a great location and access to the beach. However, the restaurant was closed, so no free breakfast. They were out of coffee in the lobby. One elevator of two, was out of order. After 10 minutes of running water, I gave up on it getting warm. We had an accessible room and the bed was too high. They did provide a step to access the bed. We only saw 1 employee at any given time of day, however, they we very accommodating. The indoor bar was not open. So 2/3 of the lobby was just clean but unusable space. We had to walk a long distance to access the outdoor area. Being handicapped, this was a hassle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would probably stay here again and hope the management solves some of these issues.

The only thing I did not like was the new pay to park. I can understand in the summer the need to keep people that are not staying there away, but in the fall, the parking lot was empty. They need to come up with a better solution. We decided to park on the street…. Lol.

There were "undisclosed" fees that were not shown on the Expedia site. We were charged a "resort fee" each day and had to park off-property to avoid the "parking fee". Also, the on-site restaurant was closed down. None of these unpleasant facts were mentioned on Expedia. Also, they attempted to charge me for 1 night of parking, even though I parked off-poperty all three nights. However, I will say that the front desk staff was professional in the way they handled my questions about these issues.

We have enjoyed staying here in the past because everything you need is there. It's right on the beach. There is a hot tub and pool, a restaurant, a bar outside and one inside, and live music. The restaurant was closed this time, the bar inside was closed, and the spa was out of order. They offered coffee and cookies in the lobby, but most of the time the pot was empty or being refilled. The staff are great and work hard at keeping it clean.

1st room had terrible air conditioning, it was cooler outside or in the hallway. They moved us with no issues but they put us in a room where in the room next to us a dog barked all night until 3:30AM, not sure who was louder, the dog or the drunk owner- got no sleep. The next morning my wife tried to shower but it was broke. Just can’t make this up….ill never stay at a Wyndham ever again. Would have loaded pictures but the Hotels.com app won’t allow.

First off, when checkin is at 4, should be ready. We traveled over three hours and wait was inconvenient. Elevator doors did not open all the way and were small. Would not close so felt like we could get stuck in there. No coffee shop or kitchen or restaurant. Had to travel outside to eat. Coffer station in the morning ran out of cups, then they got cups and coffee ran out. In the room, the door to the restroom was not properly installed…like they used a sliding closet door where there should have been a door and added hook catch to lock it, but it was a fight to catch it as door moved and was a bit far so I got my fingers caught a couple of times. Only one registration clerk was friendly. Rest were humdrum..it’s a job demeanors, and it felt like they didn’t want to be there. Kids in hot tub kept me away so not what I expected. For the amount we paid for a 14 hour stay, I have to say, I’m totally disappointed. I will not stay again. On a plus, loved the beach being right outside. Tip, if it’s a family oriented hotel, don’t advertise as luxurious and charge so much. Charge what it’s worth.

Great location needs to be updated and jobs that get started like construction on the building need to be finished. Example tape in the elevator panel walls outside the elevator not finished painting on walls not done right. So appearance.

Location is great, access to the beach is very convenient, the pool was nice. The room was clean the only thing is in the morning there was a cockroach in the dogs food! Seem like the hotel needs to call the exterminators to renew the insect protections…
