This home sits on a corner lot, with a fenced in back yard containing a 3-level deck and paver stone patio with wood-burning fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining table, lounge furniture and gas fire pit, along with a new bug zapper. The driveway can park 4 cars, with additional on-street parking.

The home features keypad entry with automated outdoor lighting, vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, a 65-inch wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and FireTV, fully remodeled kitchen with access to the back deck. The spacious master suite sits off on its own side of the house with attached bathroom. It features 9-foot ceilings, king bed, carpeted floor, room-darkening curtains, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Prime and FireTV, sitting/reading chair, a dressing mirror, bedroom set for clothing storage, and wall USB outlet for easy charging of your mobile devices (no need or wall adapter).

The opposite side of the house holds the 2 guest rooms and guest bathroom all in the same hallway with the bathroom situated in the middle. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, carpeted floors, closet, room-darkening curtains, and USB wall outlets. One room has a full suite of dressers and changing mirror, while the other only has a changing mirror, work desk, and wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu and FireTV. Sisters Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This was the first "Smart" home I have stayed in. This was good because Nate kept in contact with us during a power outage and we were able to keep things running. He was awesome and came when there were issues. This house is amazing! One of the best rentals that we have stayed. The house was VERY clean and tastefully remodeled and decorated. Things I loved- coffee k cups, quality toilet paper, nice towels, fenced in yard for the dog, motion detector lights for front door, plastic wrap and sandwich bags for leftovers, walk in shower, 2 baths, tv's in 2 out of 3 bedrooms and live plants for a nice homey touch. Very spacious for the size of the home. Pics are accurate. Nate was very detailed in regard to things such as directions of locking the door which made it user friendly. I also appreciated the pics of the 3 tv remote controls in the home manual and subsequently placed in the same order on the coffee table. It's the little things for me that made our stay effortless and felt like home. It is in a residential neighborhood and was a bit of a drive to downtown for the event we attended, but we were aware of that before we booked so it was fine. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Comfortable, clean, quiet! We loved the outdoor space and gas fire pit area was the perfect place to relax. Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The host was only a text away and all the things to see in and around Paducah were a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again.

Just stayed for the night. Traveling the total hrs of day light and into the night we couldn't sleep so we explored. Got to play Goldilocks lol, us 3 girls ran from room to room finding our favorite bed, they were all comfy. Bailey Dog loved the fenced in yard and got to greet the neighboring dogs, was very cute!

The communication with Nate was quick and efficient. He was very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with small dogs, so being able to stay there with a fenced in yard was heavenly compared to staying in a hotel and getting no sleep b/c they hear EVERY single little thing and bark accordingly. I highly recommend Nate and his house!

Great, quiet spot for a visit back home
I'll keep this short and sweet. From booking to checkout, everything was smooth and easy. House was clean, had plenty of room, and the backyard was great for our dogs. The back deck would be a great place to unwind at night or grill out, however, we didn't use it. Rarely saw neighbors but when we did, they were nice and waived hello. The location is close to town but far enough to relax away from what hustle and bustle Paducah offers.

It was lovely. House qas very nice, yard was fabulous. We had dogs and they loved the large fenced yard. Only issue was none of the houses had visible house numbers. So had to look for address. It was on concrete near foot level at entry of driveway. This was the case with the entire neighborhood so not the fault of the owner. But future guests may appreciate knowing where to look! It was a great stay!
