I stayed at this hotel in May & had a lovely experience. This time wasn’t the same. The staff is great, super friendly & helpful. I had a room at the front of the hotel.. not the hotels fault but the traffic was very loud. I had a room in the back the first time & it was very quiet. The room this time was subpar. The furnishing were very dated & this room just seemed rundown for some reason. You could see mold over the shower, jacuzzi tub just looked old & grimy, this bed wasn’t comfortable nor were the pillows. Last time no issue. There were patches on the paint, again just seemed rundown in this room. Last room was perfectly fine. Was surprised how different this time was. If I had this experience the first time i never would have booked a second. The mold in the shower area though was just to much for me

Check in and check out desk clerks were friendly and very efficient. ONLY issue we had was noticing a black, mold looking stain between the bottom of the shower molding/grout and the top of the tub. Very comfortable beds, clean main room and a nice typical hotel breakfast. Several eating establishments within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised
I had never heard of Auburn Place hotels, was pleasantly surprised with this property. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very comfortable, relaxing, and sparkling clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and did a great job. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and the evening cookies were also a very nice touch. We highly recommend this hotel!
