Don't do it!
Our stay was awful. The first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it. The second wasn't much better. Everything was damp, including the bed and furniture. There was so much moisture in the air, the medal lamp was rusting. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. This was not at all what I have come to expect from Best Western.

We have stayed there before and this time went okay. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was awesome. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and would recommend it.

It was just okay. Wish the blinds did a better job of blocking the light. Also, the room was incredibly stuffy when we arrived. A lot of money for an okay stay

We asked for a handicapped accessible room. When we arrived, none were available as were 1st floor rooms. I asked if there was an elevator and was told no. I was told only stairs. I asked my mom (she uses a walker so going up stairs is very difficult) if she could try climbing up 15 to 20 stairs. She said she would. When we got to our room and got ready to get in bed my mom noticed the sheets were very ragged and looked as though they were torn. We took pictures. We just wish there was a way to cancel and also be told before booking what was really available.
