Disappointing
We had no internet, cable TV or heat for the first 24 hours of our stay. When we asked the property manager about it, her response was that she had had the Comcast tech and the heating contractor there the week before and that everything was working. We spent a very long time following her instructions, trying to get the internet back and the heat to come on. We spent the next evening dealing with these problems instead of enjoying ourselves. The cable guy came (at 5 pm) and discovered that the internet was out (modem wasn't working) because the extension cord was not secure and also that a new cable box was needed. The heating contractor came and flipped a switch in the breaker panel to get the heat to come on. The internet went out again the next morning prior to our departure. Overall, the space itself was disappointing. The kitchen was sparsely outfitted and the TV was positioned in a place where you couldn't comfortably see it.
