When we came in it seemed like a decent place to be. Our room was on the second floor so as soon as we climbed the stairs the climate changed to hot immediately. Hoping our room would be cooler, it wasn’t since the air was off and it was almost 90 degrees in our room. We turned the air on and took almost 4 hours to cool it off where it was more comfortable. In our reservation it was for 1 queen bed and it was more of a full size bed which was truly uncomfortable. The smoke detector had no battery in it and light fixtures was cracked. I will say the water pressure was awesome though only good part about the stay there.

i was given room 229 and the next day i found out shower was not operable only bath and that is a permanent situation. what type of business gives you a room knowing shower won't work? i was told they would let me shower in another room.... no more.....

The air conditioner did not work and the desk clerk and i guess he was the maintenance man came up and agreed it was cold but not blowing out. So they asked if we would settle with a fan and compensate some of the cost come morning. We agreed. We were hot all night. Got up and checked out. Asked about a compensation or discount. Got a run around till we just left and cut our losses. Will not go there again.

We were headed to Georgia for work and decided to stop for the night rather than drive straight thru. We've stayed in Quality Inns before so decided to grab a room here. Room was clean, a/c was cold and it was quiet, considering we saw a lot of families coming in when we checked in. Water pressure was great plus our room had a jacuzzi tub! We didnt use it but it was a pleasant surprise. However, it wouldnt be good for someone with mobility issues as you have to step into the tub to use the shower and its a pretty big step so id be sure to let the staff know if you need an accessible bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay!

We were traveling through and hadn’t been in the area before. Picked based on the reviews. It wasn’t so great. Bathroom walls had yuck…old toothpaste, etc. no blankets, just a sheet and cover. Shower water didn’t drain well. Paint peeling on bathroom walls, fan in bathroom didn’t work. Not clean and not comfy. Outside looks good. Breakfast was terrible. There was old bread, no spoons, hardly any food. We ended up eating somewhere else. Would not stay again.
