The hotel itself was amazing and the area is an outdoor paradise. The town itself suffers from a lot of alcoholics who roam the streets at night, though. Has great food for a small town, though.

This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve experienced in Arizona. Despite being fully booked that night, the hotel had only one staff member working, which led to a significant delay during check-in. After nearly an hour of waiting, I finally got my room, only to discover it was in unacceptable condition. The sheets and pillowcases were stained with dark spots, and when raised the issue, visitors were told dismissively that “all their sheets are like that” and nothing could be done. Basic amenities such as a hot kettle, cups, or coffee/tea were missing, and to make matters worse, the TV didn’t work either. You would need to get out and go to the common lounge area to get tea/coffee, cups if you want. When I complained, the same staff member (who was handling check-ins) entered the room with shoes on, which felt unprofessional. It took a long time to address the TV issue, and rather than apologizing or offering solutions, I was met with excuses and justifications for the poor service. The overall atmosphere of the room was dingy, and hospitality was clearly lacking. Facilities like the hot tub and laundry were available for limited hours, and there were no towels in the pool area. The breakfast buffet offered extremely limited options, far below what you would expect for the price of the stay. For the cost, there are plenty of better accommodations in Arizona. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Place was very clean room was comfy and quiet but to give guests tickets for a breakfast Buffett that consists of almost nothing is a joke I walked into breakfast and walked right out. Juice machine broke couple pieces of toast out watery bin of eggs and burnt sausage. No thank u. Also check out was 11am I believe at 9:30am exactly I have do not disturb sign on door. House keeper guy doesn’t even knock or pay attention opens up my door and walks right in. Like how ignorant dude should be fired on the spot.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy—like, it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. There was dirt, stains, and an overall disgusting vibe. It felt unhygienic and honestly made me uncomfortable staying there. On top of that, the staff was beyond rude. When I tried to bring up the issues, they acted like they didn’t care at all and treated me like I was the problem. Their attitude was shockingly bad and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about cleanliness, good service, or just basic decency, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a total disaster.

Overall the staff was very nice, the hotel is very clean and in a good location. Also the hot tub was very nice. However, the hotel is very loud. There is very little sound proofing between the hallway and the door and from the room above us. We could hear everything going in the hallway outside our room all night. Rolling suitcases, people walking, talking and other normal things that happen in a hallway. We could easily hear the conversations going on as people walked by, it was not just a little noise coming from the hall. We could also hear every step the guest in the room above us made, which happened to go until 3am.
