Property was in good condition, a little on the old side but clean and quiet. Easy parking as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Place was near restaurants, pharmacy and tour companies.

Family getaway
Our stay was very comfortable. It was only one night but our room was very spacious, had 2 bathrooms and felt like home for 1 night. There was a large group of tourists which made the breakfast run out very quick and by the time we went down there was barely anything left. I understand this but why no one was there trying to refill the finished breakfast items is beyond me. We even waited but then gave up. Besides that, everything else was fine

Lacking customer service
Room was great, the customer service however was terrible. The reservation included free breakfast, on our first day there was no breakfast and when we asked one of the staff, Alvida I believe, she was very rude in telling us they were out of supplies, mind you we were there during the breakfast time and not late, and while I understand being out of ingredients, she could have told us that in a nice and respectful way instead of being very rude and dismissive, a “take it or leave it” kind of attitude.
