The room was very nice, spacious and had a great view towards Glen Canyon. Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We needed some sand clean up and they were super fast to respond. Breakfast had good options as well. There’s plenty of seating in the lobby and outside.

Hot tub was out of service our entire stay . The floor in our room was so dirty we had to request it be cleaned when we arrived. Also the shower door leaked and the floor was very wet when done showering. Loved the space and the fireplace outside.

Galley kitchen with a fridge/freezer. This hotel has 3 washer/dryer units. Great, especially when youve been on the road for a few days. No need to leave the hotel to look for a laundromat.

Went to set up the pullout bed and it was completely dirty. Candy wrappers all over the place. It had clearly not been cleaned. I asked the desk agent if there was a housekeeper that could help. He said no, best I can offer is an extra sheet. Gross and made for a poor experience.

Mornings breakfast staff were attentive and hustled to ensure a nice clean breakfast area with a well stocked buffet even though the hotel was sold out. Hot tub was closed for maintenance with no notice. Hair dryer broken in the room and none to be able to replace it with.

Booked this hotel because it had a hottub to use for my sore legs. Hot tub was cold. Couldve booked a different hotel for a better rate that didn't have a hottub if i wasn't able to use it. Requesting a refund.
