The first night we were there, we only had half a roll of toilet paper. We called the front desk and nobody answered until the next morning. That also happened when we needed extra towels, so we resolved to make sure we had everything we needed before 8pm thereafter. We went to sleep one night and woke up with tiny ants all over the nightstand. No food had been left out or doors left open. The cleaning service did take care of it right away. Other than these things, the area was absolutely gorgeous and the restaurant we dined in was great. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise and when we could reach them, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Property seems like it may be going through a renovation. Restaurants and common area are very nice. Rooms are ok, wasn’t the nicest looking, but not horrible. Views make up for the lack luster conditions. They did not have an elevator so lugging all our stuff up to the second floor wasn’t fun either.

The rooms and fixtures are dated although the restaurants attempt to appear modern. Floors are squeaky and can hear the people upstairs?!?! Surprised at this structural aging or weakness. Rooms need to be brought out of the 70’s.

Hotel is in a pretty location. We paid for a room With an upgraded room only to realize the railing is stucco, so you need to stand to see the view, you cant sit out and see anything. Rooms were dated. We had a half a roll of toilet paper called for more, they never brought it. The doors into the building did not lock so anyone could come and go. Glad it was only a one night stay.

Nice bar staff but reception staff and cafe staff unwelcoming. Foodstuff on curtains, bathroom door did not close as it was warped, vanity plug missing which left open hole and two chairs on balcony far too short as you could not see over brick wall to lake view. When this was mentioned as a suggestion to look at the reception staff just stated the manager won’t change this.

The views and proximity to the lake are amazing. One of the most beautiful places you will ever see. The rooms are average. However there are rooms with decks so you can sit and look at the view which you could do all day long its so nice. The only bad part was the food which is terrible.
