One of the exterior doors was not working with our key, another door had a broken key reader but anyone is able to pull the door open, not very safe. Our bed sheets had coffee stains, probably not washed. The hotel has a very old feel. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful view from our room of the canyon. Unfortunately breakfast was waffles and French fries. Not in the best shape. We chose to stay here thinking the higher price than its neighbors meant better amenities and condition but that was not the case.

When I first arrived and went to the desk, no one was there. It said to use the kiosk, but the kiosk wasn't working. About ten minutes later someone came & I was able to get keys for my room. The room was quite large, but it was downstairs (no elevator) & it was tough for my mom due to knee issues. I had requested a ground level room, which I was given, but it was in the lower level which wasn't easy to access. The beds were comfortable & the linens were clean. We were given soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper, which could be a problem if something were dropped in there. The continental breakfast was extremely sparse. My mom was surprised about the lack of meat. There were watered-down eggs, French fries, cold cereal, apples, yogurt, juice, a Belgian waffle maker, bread & some muffins. The apples & yogurt both had signs saying only to take one. It was a good-sized dining room for such a basic breakfast. It was overall just OK.

Couldn’t recommend this Quality Inn more highly, especially the excellent staff. We inadvertently left an important item behind and had to drive three hours back to the hotel and then spend an extra night. The staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout.

Hotel is no match to the photos. Need to maintain in much better condition. No hot water on first day of checkin. I won’t be considering quality in any where for quite some time.

Property had a weird stinking smell as soon as entered! The flush in the restroom made a loud weird sound everytime used for good more than 5 minutes. We had booked a queen bed room and one of the beds had stuff/particles lying all over even though not used before! Bed creaked at the slightest movement.. there was a dead bug on the wall and spider crawling in the bathroom! The tap orientation in the bathtub was opposite and felt we needed to build muscle to turn them on and off! overall terrible experience and not recommended!
