Our room was very large! Tons of floor space. The lighting in the room was barely there though, even with all the lights on at night we could barely see a thing! we had some laundry to do while here and after an hour in the dryer our clothes were all still fully wet. We went up to the front desk to ask what we could do and they VERY kindly let us use their commercial dryers to get our clothes dried. This is above and beyond and we were very appreciative to the man working that night!

Front Desk Lacking
Didn't have info we:d submitted for pre checkin. Need more front desk staff. Staff wasn't aware of existing amenities, told us to go to next door hotel for bending machine. We finally found one on the premises. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn't an ice machine, 2nd floor ice was broken.
