Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer, and the home was clean enough for us to go barefoot! It snowed during our stay and the staff even shoveled our sidewalk and plowed the parking lot. Kids were delighted by the pool and by the free DVD rentals, popcorn, and hot cocoa. This place was wonderful! We were sad to leave and look forward to returning!

The cleanliness was lacking. Upon our arrival to our condo, the master bath trash had not been taken out, there was a hairball and used q-tips on the floor, and there was no bedding in the condo for the pull out couch. While it was nice to have shampoo/body wash/hand soap provided, our condo had multiple empty bottles. The master toilet did not consistently flush, and we let maintenance know. My husband was able to fix it, but it was frustrating. Also, one evening we got back after a long day of skiing, and our key cards randomly didn’t work to enter the condo. Just lots of little things that didn’t go as planned or felt like they were missed as far as a clean condo goes…

Room wasn't ready until 20 minutes after check in time. One bedroom did not have any heat & hot tub had hair when we got there. The room type was nice. Lots of activities on site for the whole family to enjoy.

Great property. We were hoping for snow in December, but that's obviously not the property's fault. Wonderful service. Great indoor pool for the whole family. Older kids liked the fitness center, too. Easy drive to the ski resort and hot springs. Worth the hour drive from the airport.

Xmas trip!
Great place, great location. This hotel was above our expectation! Highly recommended for family trip. Pagosa Spring is a very nice little place close to Wolf Creek ski area which is great as well! We will come back for sure.
