Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to numerous restaurants (Riff Raff Brewery is steps away), shops, and rental bikes. Take fly fishing lessons, float the San Juan River, enjoy the parks, play Frisbee golf on Reservoir Hill, and soak in the world's deepest Hot Springs Resort. Ski at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, hike the Continental Divide, and the Weminuche and San Juan Wilderness Areas, and visit the Chimney Rock National Monument. Pagosa Springs is the front door to a world of outdoor recreation.

Tiny but awesome!
It’s actually not too tiny but it’s the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people. Right downtown to all the good stuff and the owners are the best! I’ve stayed twice and plan on being back.

Little Gem!
This is our second year staying at the Little House and we love it! It is very cozy and convenient for skiers and perfect for home bodies that like to walk and enjoy nature and shopping! The house is in excellent condition in the house!

Cute place, great location!
We returned with our little dog after staying here last year for 2 weeks in Sept. It's well equipped for cooking though I planned ahead and made sure I had the spices I needed. The location makes it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, hike up Reservoir Hill or take in the hot springs, and it's a street behind the main drag so that keeps noise down. There's a nearby yard to take the pup, but no fenced in yard if that matters to others. Overall it was a great fit for our needs and we'd return in a heartbeat.

Inner city getaway
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for a quick couples getaway. 20 minutes from Quartz Creek atv’ing, 3 minutes from the shops/springs and a quick trip up the hill for Kroger/local dining. Donna was efficient and effective in her communications. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The outside is a bit rough but inside is wonderful. Very comfortable and well supplied. Great walking access to everything in downtown area of Pagosa Springs. We didn't move the car once we got there.

Perfect location, great accommodations
We really enjoyed the little house on the alley. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly. I didn’t think about pool towels for the river and hot springs and they were gracious and quick to supply some for us. Perfect location to walk to town, Riff Raff brewery just steps away was a great spot with great food.
