Stunning Downtown Riverview

This recently renovated house features modern, mountain-southwest decor. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator small island, and an open view of the living area. Outside you'll find chairs, a table and a grill with views overlooking downtown and the San Juan Mountains. The house is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 1BR suite and a studio kitchenette, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor seating areas. It's possible to rent the whole property to serve up to 10, if you book far enough in advance, or if you get lucky last-minute. The other two units are the Piedra ID#244075, and the Alberta ID#4274958. We're in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants.

Snowboard Get Away
The location is wonderful! Walking distance to places to eat and the hot springs. The walk back to the property is up a steep hill, so be aware. We have been to Pagosa a number of times to snowboard at Wolf Creek and this location is ideal for the commute up to the mountain. Everything on the property was as described and pictured.

You cannot beat this lovely property for location, views, cleanliness, comfort, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Loved that we could open some of the windows to allow the breeze in. We walked down the hill to downtown and enjoyed restaurants, an art show, and the Overlook for the hot springs tubs. Driving around Pagosa was easily reachable from the home. The grocery store was just blocks away. Sitting outside and watching the beautiful views from our comfortable Adirondack chairs was a wonderful plus. Will stay there again! Big thank you to our very kind Host!

Prime location in Pagosa Springs
Easy walkability to eateries and entertainment in Pagosa Springs, and great views from the hillside! This home has a very functional floorplan and was clean and inviting. Utility room in the home is a huge bonus. The only thing we didn't realize is that two other adjoining units are on the property, but they didn't damper our experience. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with great view!
The owner was very responsive and great to work with. The home was well equipped with the essential basics in the bathroom and kitchen. The highlights of this home are the fantastic views and the walkable distance to downtown restaurants, shops, hot springs and river. The daily visits from the friendly deer every morning was a bonus. This was a gem of a VRBO and plan to stay here again in the future!

We walked to the bakery in the mornings. The boys thought the sofa-bed was very comfortable. Everything was convenient and in good order. We saw dear. Neighbors were very quiet. Great view of the town and forest and mountains and river!

Perfect location with an Amazing view!
Drink your coffee in the mornings while watching the wildlife all around you. Close to the shops, parks, river, and restaurants. We chose to walk quite a bit. House is fantastic and has all the staples. King room has a TV but no en suite. Queen room has no TV but does have a small en suite. The queen en suite is functional but very small. Shower was a challenge for us. The main bathroom is spacious with a large shower. Closet space is great and there is a utility room with full-size washer/dryer. Be warned that the sprinklers come on in the mornings! Host is quick to respond to any questions! Please keep in mind that this is a single home with 2 other smaller units created and all the walls are just interior walls so you may get some bumps and creeks from your neighbors. Overall not an issue for us. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view in Pagosa Springs
The house was perfect for our first, but certainly not last, stay in Pagosa Springs. The location was within walking distance of the town's main street, hot springs, and river. It was well-appointed for all our needs during the stay. Our favorite part was the view from the living room looking out over the town and the mountains. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.

Good Time
This house was clean and well kept, everything has described in the listing. My only complaint is I could hear the neighbors in the next unit late into the night. Needs some sound barrier between the units or the bedrooms should not be next to the other rental units. Other than that, it was a good rental. Beautiful overlook of downtown Pagosa Springs and easy to walk downtown and to the river.
