Chris and Rachael would like to personally invite you to their riverside retreat called "Stream Dreams." Come rest, relax, and recharge. Whether you come to stay and bask in the energy of Pagosa Springs or attend one of the Mott's world-renowned empowerment workshops, you'll leave a changed soul for a lifetime.
This beautiful farm-style home is tastefully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The entire top two floors are yours! You'll have a private entrance that leads to your four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware, a washer & dryer, and a cozy living room that has a TV, DVD player, and Dish cable (Big 10 Network & ESPN included). There is a dedicated line for satellite internet and a stationary phone line, should anyone need to make emergency calls due to insufficient cell phone coverage. Remember, you are coming here to recharge and relax, so internet and cell service are a bonus! That being said, we have had some gamers here who were pleased with the satellite speeds and the fact their Verizon phones had coverage. From your private balcony on the second floor, you can enjoy the sounds and view of the river, walk down, cast a line, jump in your tube, or float away on a raft. Our guests have free reign to enjoy the jacuzzi (jacuzzi hours are sun up to 10 p.m.), large backyard, pond, and fire pit along the river.
The maximum number of guests is 8.
We live onsite, on the first floor, with our tiny Chihuahua named Joey. You'll have privacy to enjoy the private guest quarters and the surrounding property. During your stay, we are here to take care of your needs when called upon, including the necessary plowing and snow removal.
If you are a winter enthusiast, we are conveniently located just 20 minutes from the famous Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Wolf Creek boasts no lift lines, as no lodging is closer than us to the resort. It also receives the most powder in the state, approximately 400 inches annually. If skiing is not your thing, relax in our jacuzzi by the river. If you venture just 10 minutes into downtown Pagosa Springs, you can bathe in the famous hot springs (deepest in the world). Winter has many other activities, such as dog sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Be sure to bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains, as there is one hill to get down to the river, which can be tricky to get back up without the right type of vehicle. Chains will do the trick if you don’t have 4-wheel drive. Plus, you will need them if you plan to go to the ski resort on snowy roads.
If you're a summer kind of person, Pagosa Springs comes alive. Drive just 10 minutes up the road and hike to a fantastic waterfall. If hiking isn't your speed, jump on a mountain bike, fly fish in our backyard for trophy trout, take a hot air balloon ride, or go 4-wheeling in a jeep or on a Razor ATV. It's all here, and we are just hours from numerous other tourist attractions.
Make memories with us, as this is where to find your SPRINKLES again.
