The key card worked after 5 min of trying to get onto the room. I got 2nd and 3rd keys from the front desk with the same results. The room across the hall had the same issue.

Hated every bit of this experience and have vowed to never use Travelocity again, nor stay at this awful hotel. I rated this horribly a month ago and wanted follow up from both Travelocity and the hotel and big surprise, the horrible service from both continued as I heard from neither. I feel good that I will not forget this awful experience so I don't accidentally use Travelocity or stay at the Nugget again.

The hotel is becoming dirty day by day. When I visited the hotel first time in April 2024, it was very clean. But I can clearly see that it has become dirty. The carpet wasn’t clean, bed sheets have cigarette smell

Yes, but it's dated!
I dont want to give this place a bad rap, but.... The service was excellent as was the staff and everyone involved. The casino was fun and lots to choose from. Bartenders very friendly and poured great drinks. The problem i had was with the room. The furniture was 1980's at best as were the end tables et all. The room carpet was stained as was the hallway. The bed was comfortable. This place needs a little tlc and spend a little bringing in up to date. Still, i would stay again.

The motel is off to side of the casino. So even though there was smoking in the casino, there was no smell in the Hotel area! Lots of parking! Very quiet even though just off the main street in Pahrump!

I accidentally booked a smoking room on Expedia and the front desk refused to switch me to a non smoking room. That’s poor customer service and I hope that Expedia makes it right without me having to jump through hundreds of hoops.

For the money its a good place to stay. They should crack down on people smoking weed in the elevator. It smells really bad and the carpet in the hallway desperately needs replacing.
