Enjoy the convenience of a ten-minute walk to downtown Paia and its beautiful beaches. Within just a two-minute stroll, you can reach Island Fresh Cafe and Maui Yoga studio. Downtown Paia boasts the renowned Mana Foods grocery store and some of Maui's finest dining, including Mama's Fish House, Paia Fish Market, and Cafe Des Amis. Nearby beaches such as Baldwin Beach, Paia Bay Beach, and the world-class windsurfing and surfing destination, Hookipa Beach, are just a short distance away.

*Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
*Vehicles must be parked in the carport or driveway; street parking is prohibited.
*No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests are allowed. The entire dwelling can only be rented to one group at a time.
*Maximum occupancy is six guests, including children over the age of two.
*Familiarize yourself with fire escape plans and the location of the fire extinguisher.
*Candles or any other open-flamed items are prohibited inside and outside the property.
*Always close dining room, kitchen, and living room windows, along with the sliding glass door, before departing the house or going to bed, as rain squalls often occur. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by rain entering the house.
*Turn off all fans and lights when leaving the house or when not in use.
*Do not put sandy towels, bathing suits, etc., into the washing machine or dryer. Shake out all sand before washing.
*Do not overload the washing machine or dryer.
*Please do not wear shoes in the house or bring sand inside. *Wash all sand off in the outdoor shower.
*Do not leave wet bathmats, towels, bathing suits, etc., on the floors in the bathroom or any other room.
*Always use coasters and placemats.
*The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning and inventory. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the property is left excessively messy.
*Trash goes out to the curb on Wednesday nights. Please place garbage cans near the curb for pick-up.

This location is great. An easy walk to eat/shop in Paia and Baldwin Beach or Paia Bay Beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The property has everything you need.

Easy, convenient, accessible, and friendly
We had a great stay. The location was perfect (especially if you're a cyclist and want to go uphill). It was good for my young adult children with easy access to Paia and beaches. The staff that supports the property does a really good job making sure everything is taken care of. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing location

A lovely place to stay
This house is perfect for a family stay in Paia. The layout, central AC, fans in every room, deck with a view, beach gear, nice landscaping, walkable location.... it was all fantastic. Monica was also very pleasant and attentive with her communications. Bonus - our kids loved playing with the local kids on the quiet street!

Fantastic house and location!
Wow. What a great house for a family vacation! We could easily walk to Paia to shop and eat which meant no one had to drive! Also, we could walk to Paia Bay to surf and Baldwin Beach to hang out. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. We had a bit of a glitch at the start with check in (our plane was late and our code didn’t work which resulted in us having to spend a night at a hotel. Before we had even woken up, Monica had already reimbursed us for the night missed and then paid for our hotel room as well. As much as it’s a pain to have a hiccup at the start of a holiday it’s super reassuring to know the owner had our back through it all! We will definitely be back to rent Monica’s house again!

Great Location - great place!
This property was nicely situated in Paia - within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kitchen - well appointed Furniture - had everything we needed Beds - great! Additional notes: The outdoor shower is awesome - just remember the code to get back in the door! I tend to prefer to open windows and sliding doors in HI, rather than use air conditioning, but the house rules asked to keep them closed. The air conditioner worked well. It would have been my preference to open the windows, but (per house rules) this lets a lot of dirt blow into the house. All in all, the atmosphere was fine and a little hotel-ish (not in a bad way). The location and amenities were wonderful! Thanks much! -greg

Paia Perfect
First time visiting Maui. I wasn’t sure if I chose the right place in Maui for my family or not. Resorts vs rental home. After the end of our first day, I knew I did. We loved the little cul de sac this house is in. Neighborhood kids, chickens, roosters, wild pigs in field (behind the fence), beautiful sunrise & sunsets, close enough to walk into town and near by Island Fresh for breakfast - it was all wonderful. Baldwin Beach, lovely stores to shop, fantastic restaurants, gelato made it all perfect.
