This spacious and well-equipped 4-bedroom, 2-shower room home is perfectly located in the heart of the stunning English Riviera. Just a 2-minute walk from Paignton seafront and less than 10 minutes on foot along the beach to Paignton Harbour and Pier, the location is truly fantastic.
The house features a private garden with a relaxing hot tub, free Netflix, WiFi, and private parking. It’s ideal for up to 4 adults, and children and pets are warmly welcomed.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible:
Two large bedrooms have king-size beds that can each be split into two singles, ideal for guests who prefer separate beds.
One bedroom includes a double bed, sleeping up to two.
In total, the property can provide up to 7 separate beds, accommodating up to 8 guests.
A welcome book is provided in the property with helpful local tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Walking holiday
Fab house with everything you need for a great holiday, Lenka was very helpful and quick to reply. Location excellent for costal walks with plenty of restaurants and bars in Paignton or Torquay which is only 2.5 miles away. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location
Booking & communication with Lenka was very easy. She was super quick at dealing with enquiries & helpful. The property is in an ideal location for lots of activities. I had 3 adults & 4 children and this property was a good size. All the bedrooms are a good size. The hot-tub is a nice touch. The garden is a small but we managed as we were out most of the day. A few issues with the shower but Lenka offered us refund for this. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of dog hairs on the floor & furniture, otherwise we loved staying here. Lenka was super polite & accomodating .
