The balcony chairs & table looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The grounds/gardens were overgrown. When we arrived around 2pm the curtains in the room were closed and the room was freezing. Struggled to get the Heat pump to warm it up and wasn’t until office had shut realised it wasn’t working properly-maybe the overgrown gardens over the ac unit was causing problems? No lamp in the room worked and limited power points worked. The room itself was clean.

Great location. The pool must be perfect on summers days, although cold in winter. The spa was not working, maybe bad luck but it can't be much to have it in good condition when you advertise to have one.... Room was good...

It was low season, we understood there was maintenance going on, we missed out on Wi-Fi. The shower drain was almost blocked. But in general we were okay with all that. We wish you all the best for the 2024 2025 season. Cheers Gary.
