"This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed."

"Clean, decent location, friendly host. The house however was largely vacant -- one couch and a cocktail table in the living area (nothing else), same with the dining room and the essentials but no more in the kitchen - a table, chairs and just the basic dishes etc. The master bedroom - only a bed - nothing else and the top sheet was missing (we eventually found it in a closet). No front door key available (had to enter thru the garage and for this level house there should have been a BBQ -- the owner offered to go buy one but we would have minimal use and we didn't want her to bother. With more accruements it would be a fine house."
