My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio
Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

O Hotel precisa rever algumas questões: 1. Apesar de ter um único bebedouro na recepção, o hotel não disponibiliza água gratuitamente aos hóspedes, é necessário comprar uma squeeze para ter acesso à agua, na minha opinião, um absurdo. 2. No banheiro do quarto havia mofo, principalmente no . box, além de poeira em excesso nos móveis.

Hotel bom e bem localizado.
Estadia boa e de qualidade. Apenas notei um pouco de barulho de máquinas ou motobombas em um terreno do lado. E os preços de itens extras como garrafas de água e refrigerantes super caros. Mas a segurança e localização são ótimas.

Gostei do atendimento, limpeza, café apesar de poucas opções era suficiente, as instalações são excelentes. Porém a rua principalmente a noite possui muitos pedintes e mendigos. Tive a sorte de ter o peneu do carro esvaziado por um.
