What an experience! I stayed for one night during my pilgrimage on the camino and met Jorge. Lovely guy who has this insane family property. A typical Galician stone villa in the middle of a beautiful countryside. Very personal, lovely apartments. Generous bar and terrace. It's an incredible building in a wonderful nature. Very unspoilt and peaceful. Loved it here. Thank you ever so much for your hospitality, the delicious breakfast and a wonderful stay. This is a top secret tip and I hope I'll come back one day.

Gracious hospitality, some of the best meals we’ve had anywhere, and outstanding service in a beautiful rural setting are among the highlights of this accommodation. This is an experience right on the Camino not to be missed.

The owner was warm and kind, being a great cook he served a wonderful, generous dinner, and same goes for his breakfast. We had interesting conversations. The apartment was well and thoughtfully equipped, clean and pretty. The property sits in a calm, beautiful area declared Patrimonio herritage, Well worth visiting. We will be back.

It was beautiful, peaceful! A perfect place to rest after a day full of walking. Owner goes beyond perfect to make everything memorable. He offer dinner so far the best I had in my whole trip! I will definitely come back with my family.

The proprietor, Jorge, made us really welcome at the apartments. He was extremely helpful and prepared the most excellent dishes for breakfast and dinner. I can highly recommend the property.

This was a wonderful stop on our camino with our children. The apartments are really great, fantastic for a family of four - set in wonderful countryside just off the camino But what made it was the host, a wonderful chef with fantastic breakfast and dinner. He couldn’t help enough. I would recommend everyone to stop here!

This was by far the best place we stayed on the Camino! The host was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The apartment and grounds were beautiful. The food was beyond compare. I would return to Spain just to spend a weekend there!

LLevo mucho tiempo viajando tanto por trabajo como por ocio y tengo que decir que Porto de Bois es el mejor sitio en relacion calidad precio que he tenido jamas. La localización con unas magnificas vistas. Todo increiblemente cuidado, daba la sensación de que estrenabamos todo. La comunicaciones, idelas para lo que se busca, tranquilidad permaneciendo conectado, internet correcto etc... Jorge el dueño, encantador, formaba parte del magnifico desayuno diario una pequeña charla, donde nos ha ayudado a los sitios a visitar, ademas de su disponibilidad para cualquier cosa, en una situación tan rara como la que vivimos con el Covid19, nos ha facilitado los tramites a realizar, y ha estado sumamente atento con cualquier tema. En general 10 para la ubicacion, 10 para la atención al cliente, 10 para las infraestructuras. Sin duda tendremos que repetir la experiencia.

La ubicacion excelente, buscabamos tranquilidad, zona rural pero.a10 minutos en coche esta Melide o Palas de Rei si se quieren servicios. El apartamento muy bien equipado, cocina amplia, una decoracion muy cuidada, detallez de calidad como los productos del baño. El desayuno a la carta, abundante, variado y con productos de calidad. El trato del personal, muy cercano y amable. La pena es solo estar una noche porque por su situacion en la zona central de Galicia, te permite realizar excursiones desde aqui, ya sea a zonas de interior como costa. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100.

Inmejorable
Casona de piedra restaurada con mucho gusto en finca con árboles centenarios cruzada por el camino francés. Apartamentos muy cómodos y bien equipados, terraza con estupendas vistas, desayuno a la carta muy variado, posibilidad de cenar en el restaurante previo aviso. Jorge, el propietario, es extremadamente afable, atento y generoso.. Nuestra estancia superó todas nuestras expectativas.

Estuvimos en Agosto, el paraje es impresionante, los apartamentos super limpios y una decoración espectacular, los desayunos abundantes, variados y echos al momento. Y por último el anfitrión Jorge, un 12, nos aconsejo que visitar, donde comer. Increible, mejor que en casa. Lo recomiendo 100% y por supuesto volveremos.

Erg met zorg en smaak ingericht appartement in een heerlijk stille omgeving. Jorge de eigenaar is een geweldige gastheer. De ontvangst en gastvrijheid zijn bijzonder, evenals het diner en het ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend. Een plek om terug te komen.

Un oasis de tranquilidad al borde del Camino.

Impresionante. El apartamento es magnifico. La atención del dueño (Jorge) exquisita. El desayuno maravilloso. Recomiendo 100%. Parece apartado pero está a 7 km de Melide y a 10 km de Palas de Rei.
