Nice apartment just 200 meters from La Sciumara beach, in a residence in Palau, in Tanca Manna. 500 meters from the marina and town center. All essential services are at hand.
The house consists of a single bedroom with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. The living room is composed of a complete and functional kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Large balcony with table for 4 people. Overall the house has 4 beds. It is equipped with air conditioning, television, oven, washing machine, iron. Idéal
Localisation au top , résidence au calme entre mer (200m) et port (600m) , avec une vue magique depuis la terrasse , somptueuse en prenant tous ses repas de la journée ! Toutes les commodités nécessaires dans l’appartement, inclus ce qu’il faut pour rafraîchir (persiennes ou climatisation). Je recommande !

Appartement vue sur mer
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec une terrasse vue mer, très sympathique. Il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture ou un scooter ou autres pour pouvoir quand même se déplacer. L’accès par la résidence pour aller à la plage amène vraiment à une très jolie plage. Cependant, le lit dans la chambre est inconfortable, le canapé lit dans le salon est mieux. Les serviettes de douche sont en très mauvais état (font des pluches partout et sont trouées), c’est très désagréable. Ainsi, le gros problème a été la chaleur dans l’appartement, pour nous le critère sur Abritel “Climatisation” ne devrait pas être rempli car ça ne fait pas vraiment le travail d’une vraie clim et pour ce prix là nous sommes très déçue de ne pas avoir une clim correcte. Rachid était la personne qui était toujours là si on avait besoin de lui, il est top. Il était important pour nous de dire ici une partie de ce que l’on pensait pour les prochaines personnes car on aurait aimé savoir tout cela avant malheureusement. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour. Merci.

Consiglio assolutamente questa casa, è super accessoriata, ben tenuta, super pulita ed è in una posizione super, si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da una delle spiagge più belle di Palau ed è vicinissima al centro, non abbiamo mai utilizzato la macchina , ma soprattutto ha una vista super

Appartamentino fantastico, all’interno di un residence silenzioso è situato in una posizione strategica. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia della Sciumara, neanche 5 minuti. 10 minuti dal centro di Palau. Dotato di ogni comfort.
