Great location, close to everything except the airport - Staff was very helpful and even contacted me when they discovered I left something in the room which they sent to me. Would stay here again.

From when we arrive at reception, we were greeted, helped and taken care of by their hospitable and responsive staff. We met the owners Paolo and Antonella. They were also very welcoming as well. Together they made our stay most enjoyable. Plus the location was very close to everything.

Alma Hotel was a great location for walking to the must see parts of the city. Palermo can be a bit daunting but the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was so lovely and comfortable. A good breakfast to start the day. A special shout out to Michele and Francisco on reception, who were so friendly and welcoming. You knew you could ask them for any help or advice and they would be more than happy to assist. If you visit Palermo, the Alma Hotel is a great place to stay. Its a deceptive external appearance.

Staff was very friendly and amazing. Daily breakfast was such a nice touch. They provided us with suggestions on what to do around the historic center, it was very helpful. Overall a great experience, i would stay here again.

This hotel is situated only five-minutes walk to the Teatro Massimo, and on a quiet street. It is easy to call taxi from here. The downside of it is a very old elevator with multiple 3-stars hotel and it small breakfast selection.

Perfect Palermo hotel
Perfect location for exploring historic Palermo. Very friendly staff who were keen to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good bathrooms and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here if returning to Palermo.
