Excellent locat
Very pleased with the room decor, services and hotel location. It was noisy from work on adjacent rooms and no sound proof so could clearly hear voices of others. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay in Palermo.

This was a great property for a city stay of two nights. The blackout blinds made sleeping a dream and the bathtub was great after long days walking around Palermo. We found some great restaurants close by including Locale.

The staff, especially Sarah, was very welcoming. This is a good value and good location to all the major attractions in the city center. My room the 1st night was on the street sidewhich was noisy for me but when i connected Michelle he changed my room and all was well. They also helped me with transport to some attractions outside the city Centre. Overall very good 6 nights at this b&b.

A fifth floor room with a double comfy bed with a balcony !Very central location with easy transport around the city.Lots of blocked off streets for ambling to the sights and markets.Good friendly staff.I would stay there again.

WONDERFUL
The staff were so helpful. Information regarding the city, arranging taxis, only 4 rooms so it felt like home. Street typical of city living a little noisy but ok..will stay there again. I had to see a Doctor and they arranged the appointment and taxi. They could not have been nicer during our visit.

Great place to stay in Palermo. The B&B is located in a very nice and commercial area of Palermo. The property is well kept and the staff was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palermo.

Great B&B
Warm welcome. Was accommodated in 136 upstairs. Huge room with balcony. Excellent location for everything worth visiting. Great breakfast. Amazingly comfortable bed. Better than a 4 star hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Wir können von diesem „Hotel“ nur abraten!!! Wo soll man hier mit der Kritik anfangen? Als wir ankamen war niemand in der Unterkunft. Wir erhielten einen Anruf von Eigentümer der uns den Türcode mitteilte. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Wohnung bei denen die einzelnen Zimmer vermietet werden. Dementsprechend dünn sind auch die Wände. Außerdem sind alle Türen der einzelnen Zimmer offen. Wir sind zuerst in ein falsches Zimmer gegangen und wurden direkt vom Eigentümer angerufen. Dieser sagte uns wir wären im falschen Zimmer. Woher er dies wusste ohne vor Ort zu sein? Weil der Flur videoüberwacht ist! Dies gab uns direkt ein schlechtes Gefühl! Des Weiteren lassen sich die Fenster nicht komplett schießen, sodass man den ganzen Lärm von draußen stark mitbekommt! Vom versprochenen „Stadtblick“ ist keine Spur zu sehen. Aufgrund dieser Umstände wollten wir nicht länger in dieser Unterkunft bleiben. Der Eigentümer stellte sich hierbei allerdings quer. Deshalb kontaktierten wir Expedia, die uns, nachdem sie die von uns gemachten Fotos mit den beworbenen Fotos der Unterkunft verglichen hatten, Recht gaben, dass die Unterkunft nicht den beworbenen Fotos entspricht! Glücklicherweise durften wir dann abreisen.
