Rajiu
Check was done by WhatsApp, there a miss understanding regarding breakfast for my wife, but Rajiu really helped out and grab some gluten free bread and cake for my wife which was really nice of him to take time out to accommodate, Rajiu was a great help througout our stay, without Rajiu I think the place would be as nice of a place to stay, thanks Rajiu!

Excellent property for a vacation. Only negative is that the GPS takes you to the front of the property whilst the parking area is located completely behind in a very difficult place to find. The staff was nice enough to drive with us to the parking.

So bad that I couldn't stay there!
Is the worst place that I ever been, nothing is like on photos. Aircondition is not working. All hause is smells on cigarets smoke. The hause is full of retairment people playing on cards. Pool without lights dirty.

Recommended lovely place.
Nice quirky place down narrow streets roughly 1/2 way between Palermo city and Mondello beach. Parking at rear near to a boat yard which you will need to be shown to on arrival. Car a necessity for sure and you need your wits about you driving but it all adds to the fun. Drove into town most nights to eat using Fork app to select restaurants - found some gems. Breakfast great nice place indeed.

5 stars experience. Faultless. True Sicily.
We stayed in a family room. And throughout our stay we were treated like a royalty. Staff (especially Serena) was always there to advice and help. Villa is stunning. Amazing sea views, direct and private access to the beach (5 seconds walk), terrific pool. Room was superb - double air-conditioning, 2 big tv screens, comfortable beds. Breakfast was being brought to our room every morning at the time that we had chose the day before. That was a truly Sicilian experience!

Charmig oasis
The hotel is located a bit outside Palermo downtown in an area called Arenella in labyrints of small and narrow alleys full of clotheslines. At first it may seem like a boring area and a bit rough. There are no tourists, the people you meet are those who live there, but this is also what makes it so charming. There is a big grocery store not far from the hotel, and a number of nice restaurants (eg. Trizzano - need to book) and ice cream bars. Ask the staff and they will be able to give you good advise. Although in the outskirts of Palermo, it only takes about 25 minutes by local bus to the city center. The hotel is nice and clean, a simple Italian breakfast is included and they have a nice pool (3 m deepest) with a great view over the sea. Next to the hotel there is a small boatyard but this didn’t bother us. The staff are very friendly and take excellent care of their guests. In the evenings bridge/card games are arranged for the elderly local residents which made it homey.

Fine rom, men dessverre dårlig service.
Flott gammel bygning i et litt bortgjemt område langt unna sentrum. Helt ok hotell. Fine rom og uteområde, men dårlig service. Da vi ankom ble vi ikke ønsket velkommen og fikk lite og uforståelig informasjon av en ansatt. Eieren som vi hilste på dagen etterpå var hyggelig og behjelpelig. Det var ikke mulig å kjøpe noe å drikke. All info om nærområdet var skrevet på en post it-lapp som hang bak skranken. Resepsjonen er stusselig, og bør med fordel gjøres mye mer innbydende og hyggelig. En av de ansatte sov på en sofa i resepsjonen da vi kom hjem en kveld.

Dejligt lokalt og hyggeligt sted
Rigtig dejligt sted og enorm søde ejere og medarbejdere på stedet. Området er meget lokalt og der er ikke mange turister. Hver aften mødes de lokale for at spise tre-retters ude i haven/gården og herefter spiller de kort på den nederste etage og lidt udenfor. Når man bor der, skal man derfor kunne trives med, at der kommer rigtig mange andre og benytter pool samt faciliteter. Vi følte os meget velkommen og det er som at være en del af de lokale. Vi fik lov til at spise med to dage - uden beregning. Morgenmaden består af croissanter, yoghurt, frugt, juice og en kop kaffe. Det er ikke den mest kulinariske eller mættende morgenmad, men det fungerede. Vi boede der i 9 dage, mens andre par mere boede der 1-2 dage. Det medførte også, at vi fik en rigtig god relation til den ældre dame, som ejer steder og som bor lige inde ved siden af. Stranden ude foran er fin og det er rigtig flot at snorkle og hyggeligt at møde alle de lokale, som kommer ud for at sludre i vandet henne på stranden. Vi kunne helt sikkert godt finde på at komme igen - stedet fungerer med og uden børn.

Sehr schöne Anlage, Pool verfügbar und direkt am Meer. Saubere und geschmackvoll renovierte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Betreuung. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die Infrastruktur des Stadtteils.
