Charmingly furnished and equipped with all amenities, the base price is for 2 people. Heating, air conditioning, fast wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, television, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, bed and bath linens, soap and detergent are included. Area about 130 sq m: accessed by going up 2 flights of the Carrara marble staircase (23 steps in all); after the front door you go down 7 more steps. There is a TV room with sofa, a spacious living room with large sofa, a dining room, a bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds; a large independent kitchen equipped with all conveniences with table and small balcony, two comfortable and beautiful toilets with bathtub, shower and bidet, newly renovated. Independent air conditioning in bedrooms, portable fans available.
Mandatory to agree in advance on arrival time. Only place-conscious and non-noisy guests accepted; final cleaning fee and security deposit required.
There is no elevator; due to the stairs, the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Your safety is close to our hearts: we offer external video surveillance, external night light on the street, light on in condominium spaces at night, video intercom, security lock. It is mandatory to turn off lights and all electrical equipment including air conditioners when you leave the house.
Contribution for electricity consumption over 10Kw/day, for stays from 4 days: 1€ per kw.: electricity consumption will be marked on arrival and departure. At check-in we will ask you to leave your ID/passport details for declaration to the police.
