Great service
We vacationed here to get a boutique hotel experience rather than an impersonal hotel. The front desk staff, and restaurant staff were always there with full service, good breakfast, Argentine meals, help with trips, etc. we would recommend.

This hotel and staff were AMAZING! We loved the breakfast (really loved it) and the overall atmosphere. In a good area to walk around and feel safe. We were sad to leave on the last day. If returning to Buenos Aires, it is a must to stay here again!

We had such a nice experience at the Fierro. It’s a quaint, comfortable hotel with a very high end feel to it. The room was big and comfortable, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the food and bar were excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a lovely hotel! Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Location and breakfast good. All staff were lovely but we would like to specifically mention Tania from Uco who made every morning a delight and was so patient with our Spanish. Would recommend this hotel

Amazing staff. Front desk helped with everything from recommendations on restaurants, transportation options, and how to get to the sites we wanted to see. The restaurant was a real treat. Excellent food and the wine was amazing. Our dinner host was extremely knowledgeable about wine. Breakfast attendants were friendly and efficient, always smiling and good-natured about our so-so Spanish abilities. Location of the hotel is excellent-short walk to the subway. We were also loaned a subway card by the hotel which we used daily. We were sad to leave and will definitely stay here again when we visit Buenos Aires.
