Good stay
Great place to stay. Only gave it 4 starts because as it's essentially a shared apartment and the communal area just outside the rooms can get really noisy and the main doors are not sound proof at all. The apartment is also on the top most floor to beware if you have many/ heavy bags! Otherwise it was perfect - loved the balcony!

Fantastic place to stay
Considering the warnings about the noise we had a fantastic stay. They supply earplugs so had a fantastic nights sleep. Lovely being in the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Would definitely stay again. View from our room in the photos.

Very nice stay. The place is nice. Two things to know: up several ramps of stairs and right in the middle of the Victoria market, which gets really loud at night Overall good

Excellent room in great location
We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, with all of the main attractions within a walkable distance and close to great restaurants and bars. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and had all of the amenities that you could need. The host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay, we would highly recommend.

Good for people that don’t want sleep
The accommodation is really good. Checked in early, really helpful and easy. Good value for money and good location. It’s really modern and everything was great… until the night came The problem for us is we are late 30s and have two kids. There’s no sound insulation and we were up pretty much all night because it sounded liked we were at a festival. Really liked being in town rather than outside like the first night.

Leider war das Personal nicht willig uns die Zugangsdaten für unser Zimmer sowie für das Eingangstor zu senden oder uns persönlich das Zimmer zu übergeben. Der Check In wurde einfach auf 19:00h festgesetzt. Das hat bedeutet, das wir bei über 30 crad mit gesamten Gepäck hätte Stundenlang auf unser Zimmer warten sollen. Also waren wir gezwungen uns ein neues Hotel zu buchen. Des weiteren wurde uns von anderen Gästen mitgeteilt, dass Ihnen Gebühren berechnet wurden weil sie ½ Stunde später als vereinbart einchecken wollten. Einmal und nie wieder Danke

Notre séjour en général a été super ! Les propriétaires sont adorable et souriante. Au niveau de l’emplacement de l’appartement c’est super. Il faudrait juste pas venir avec des enfants car il y a beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause des bars situés juste en dessous. Avec mon copain nous sommes jeunes et ça nous a pas plus dérangeait que ça grace au bouchons d’oreilles qui ont été fournis dans la chambre. La chambre est très spacieuse ainsi que la propreté impeccable !

Worth recommending.
My family and I arrived at the hotel near midnight because of the plane delay.However, The receptionist of the hotel has been waiting patiently for us and carefully told us the exact location of the hotel on the phone again and again.made us feel the enthusiasm of sicilian. Thank you very much.Besides, we also found a welcome drink carefully prepared by the landlord in the refrigerator in the room.The location here makes our trip very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again.

This B&B was fantastic in every way! Me and my friend asked if we could drop off our luggage three hours before check-in and even then we were given our room then, which was so luxurious! Angelo met us at the gate and was a gentleman who carried my large suitcase up all the stairs. He was incredibly service minded and nice, told us about Palermo and recommended good food places which were fantastic! The room was incredibly fresh, as was the bathroom, which was really luxurious. Everything was fresh and newly renovated. The cleaning was exceptional! The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was really charming with the wooden beams on the ceiling. We even got a small balcony where we sometimes sat and ate a good salad with a view of the market on one side and the square on the other. It is loud but the earplugs you get work well. The only bad thing was that we were friends and not a couple, and you could see into the bathroom, so one of us had a side on the balcony or the other end of the room when the other showered. Also do not recommend bringing a large luggage as there are many (and high) stairs up! The location is super central and close to everything, we just walked everythingere but there is a bus station right nearby if you prefer to take a bus. Breakfast is served at the cafe nearby, their buns with cheese and spinach are delicious! Otherwise, the coffee and sweets are p fine. We will definitely be back!!!

Saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Leider für Familien völlig ungeeignet, da extreme Musikbeschallung nachts durch Bars in der Umgebung. Schlafen ohne Oropax nicht möglich. Netterweise liegen sie im Zimmer kostenfrei bereit. Ich hätte mir hier eine Information in der Hotelübersicht gewünscht. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen.

Chambre propre et spacieuse idéalement placé en plein centre historique de Palerme près d’une place au marché très populaire de la ville. le bruit n’´etait pas gênant. Je préfère mettre des bouchons d’oreilles (fournis) que d’être éloignée de ce secteur. À proximité de l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport est un énorme plus. La brasserie proche pour le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix pour ceux qui le prenne est excellente avec du « vrai » jus d’orange ( pressé à la commande) . Nous y retournerons c’est une évidence .
