The property looks nice. However our room was clearly not cleaned. The bedding was fresh but the bathroom had not been touched. Mirror had spots all over it and the tub had hair in it. Not a little either. I had to clean the toilet before using it. The room carpet was dirty and overall not clean. The staff was dutiful but not very friendly. The breakfast offered was not put out until very late. We ended up eating on the road since they weren’t prepared at 7:30am to provide anything including no coffee. Not worth the price at all.

The room that we booked turned out to be very quiet, conveniently located and was a great value. It was bigger than expected. We would stay there again.

Need to hire new cleaning staff!
Check-in was great. The lady that helped us was quick and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. However, the room was NOT clean. The bathroom was so gross I had to clean it before we used it. Also, the lamps in the room were dusty, broken and rusted. Everything pretty much had a layer of dust or grime on it. Room was very outdated. Spent $144 on the room and was very disappointed in what we got. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked-in we would have asked for a new room.

The hotel was right off the highway and just down the street to where our family lives, who we were visiting, closed to shopping and dining. We had a problem with the shower the first day but it was fixed asap, the only issue was the wall heater/ac system, it was too loud and would not shut off, had to buy earplugs to try to get some sleep. Overall a good experience.

I booked in error. The hotel was 46 miles from my port of sail and over 50 miles from the airport I was traveling from. I immediately tried to cancel while it was processing. The virtual agent had me waiting over 30 minutes and then I received a notification that they would put me in contact with the hotel. I called the hotel and they said they could cancel of Expedia called them. I called Expedia and could never get to a person, only through the prompts that it was unrefundable and if I cancelled, I would not get a refund. A live agent should have been able to cancel the transaction before it was completed or immediately after. Why would I cancel, not get a refund, and then the room could still be sold to someone else. I should have at least received a partial refund. I never stayed there and the transaction was 2 minutes old. I have not had the best experiences with Expedia lately and will be looking for other resources.
