Parking was free on street overnight, but $5/hour during the day. Or, buy 24 hour parking for about $30. Continental breakfast offerings were underwhelming. Very nice staff. It's a nicely renovated 1920s building. Not noiseproof, but was quiet.

Property is old. They are doing construction so it looks messy. It’s a good value for the price and location. They didn’t have bikes like it said on the website. I was woken up at midnight by other guests in the hallway yelling. The parking is difficult

Disappointing
The hotel was undergoing renovation. That was not disclosed in the listing. Guests have to park on the street, $5/hr 9a-5p, and that was not disclosed in the listing. The food offered for breakfast was mostly packaged junk food. The bed was comfortable. No central air. The room had a noisy AC unit in the wall. There was only one chair. The room lacked a full-length mirror. It could be a nice place, but not when we stayed there.

We enjoyed our stay and everyone was very nice. Undergoing sone renovation which we did not know about but other than the floor protection it did not bother us. Nice to have chairs to a walkable beach. Food options within walking distance.
